Privacy.

Last updated October 26, 2026. Short version: we collect what we need to run the site and the forum, we don’t sell it, and you can delete your account any time.

The project form

When you send the Start a Project form, the details you type are emailed to Cody Heuschkel so he can reply. They aren’t stored on this website.

Forum accounts

When you sign in with Google or LinkedIn, we receive your name, profile photo, email address and an account ID from that service. We store those, the name and “what you do” line you set, and everything you post. Your name, photo, “what you do” line and posts are public. Your email is never shown or shared; we use it only to link your Google and LinkedIn sign-ins and, rarely, to contact you about your account.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in, plus a short-lived one during sign-in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Who helps run this

• Cloudflare hosts the website, the forum database and the films.
• Google and LinkedIn handle sign-in.
• Resend delivers the project form by email.
• Anthropic’s Claude drafts the weekly forum questions. Member data isn’t sent to it.

Deleting your account

Go to your profile and choose Delete account. That removes your profile, email and sign-in links. Your posts stay up as “Former member” so conversations still make sense. If you want specific posts removed as well, delete them first or email us.
